I graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Flinders University in 2017. Over the past 4 years of working in musculoskeletal private practice, I have developed a keen interest in helping people recover from recent injury or chronic pain conditions. My interest in the human body and how it moves came from a love of all things dance. Growing up, I was always at ballet and calisthenics classes.

In 2013, I moved to SA from Darwin to study Health Science and Physiotherapy at Flinders University. I knew physiotherapy was right for me when I could apply my study of anatomy and biomechanics to help people achieve their goals, recover from injury, or simply to get moving! My treatment philosophy is to promote healthy aging and create positive exercise experiences for all clients.

  • My Main Areas of Interest Include:
  • Headaches
  • Chronic pain
  • Acute sports and dance injuries
  • Hydrotherapy/ Physio Exercise Classes
  • Currently studying to be a lymphoedema therapist

Outside of the clinic, I also works as a sports physiotherapist for Hectorville Football club, and in my spare time I can be found ballet dancing and enjoying Reformer Pilates classes

I am 185cm tall, but have never played basketball!
