Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2017, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Health from Melbourne University in 2024. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions, with a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy and motherhood – having recently experienced the journey herself.
Jess takes a trauma-informed, whole-person approach, combining clinical Pilates, hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation to help patients feel empowered and confident in managing their condition. She has particular expertise in persistent pain, pelvic health, and pre/post-surgical rehab, along with experience treating athletes through her work with National Premier League and State Indoor Soccer teams.

Outside the clinic, Jess loves trying new recipes, getting outdoors with her family, and is a keen photographer and music lover.
