Bailey graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, bringing with her a strong foundation in movement science from her Bachelor of Exercise Science and specialised training in sports injury rehabilitation (ACU). With a genuine love for helping people and a fascination for solving the complex puzzle of pain and injury, Bailey was naturally drawn to physiotherapy as a way to combine her passion for health, exercise, and making a positive impact.
Bailey’s treatment philosophy centres around patient-focused care, ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and actively involved in their own recovery. She takes the time to truly listen to people’s stories and understand them as whole individuals, recognising that pain and injury are influenced by more than just physical factors. Understanding that mental health plays a significant role in how someone experiences and manages pain, Bailey uses the most up-to-date research to guide her treatment, combining exercise as medicine with hands-on treatment where appropriate. She believes that every person is different, and their treatment should reflect that.
Bailey’s areas of interest include:
- Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Sports Injuries
- Chronic Pain Management
- Strength and Conditioning
Outside of work, you’ll find Bailey hiking, going to the gym, in her garden or reading a good book. She also loves spending time with friends and family!
Fun Fact: Bailey has a rescue dog and three chickens, and their names all start with the letter ‘P’!
