Our physio exercise classes (PEC) are supervised group sessions that incorporate Pilates and a range of weighted exercises to improve muscle strength, posture and flexibility. Participants will be given an individualised exercise program to use in the class, as a result, PEC is suitable for people of any age and ability.

Exercise Physiology Classes

Exercise Physiology classes aim to increase your movement and activity long term, and assist you in regaining control and independence in your daily life. The classes are supervised, small group sessions that incorporate strength, cardiovascular, mobility and balance exercises.

If you struggle to exercise effectively on land due to pain, injury, poor balance or weakness, hydrotherapy might be for you. Even if you just want to increase your fitness, our physiotherapists can show you a range of safe and challenging exercises to get the most out of your pool session.

Mums & Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs Classes are a 45 minute circuit-style group class with a specific focus on strength and mobility in the pregnancy or post-partum period. Some areas of focus include pelvic floor and abdominal strengthening. These classes are co-run by a Women's Health Physiotherapist and an Exercise Physiologist; Hannah and Jasmine! Initial appointments are not required as there are no individual programs involved.
