Cathy graduated from the University of South Australia in 1992. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practice physiotherapy, public and private hospitals, and within the disability sector. During her 25 years at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital, she worked primarily in Women’s Health.
Cathy was drawn towards physiotherapy as she always loved helping others. She had a strong interest in a variety of sports such as netball, a “touch” of hockey, and martial arts which sparked her passion in studying physiotherapy in order to assist others’ rehabilitation and recovery from their injuries.
Cathy’s treatment philosophy is a holistic, evidence-based approach consisting of hands-on manual therapy, clinical exercise, self-management, and education. She performs a thorough assessment and really enjoys getting to the “root of the problem” to help people reach their goals and get them back on track to enjoying life! She also enjoys doing further continuing physiotherapy professional development.

Outside of work, Cathy loves hiking, walking her dog, swimming, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
