I graduated from Flinders University (Bachelor of Health Sciences (Principle of Physiotherapy)/Masters of Physiotherapy) in 2019. I have just over a year of experience in the areas of acute stroke management, geriatric management, cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, orthopaedics and general rehabilitation.

I chose physiotherapy as a career as I have a passion for health and wellbeing. I wanted to help people, through making a difference in the lives of others via a career where I regularly communicate with a range of people.

I believe physiotherapy is treating the whole person – including physical, emotional and social aspects. I believe in the power of education and self-management, with exercise and movement, to empower individuals to lead healthy and active lives.

My areas of interest are:

  • Rehabilitation
  • Neurological presentations
  • Orthopaedics

Outside of work you can find me in the gym, seeing family or baking anything sweet!

Fun Fact:

I’ve ridden a bike across the golden gate bridge
