Lauren’s treatment philosophy is a ‘hands on’ approach to managing her clients. Lauren feels it is important to learn about and understand the person as a whole, as injuries and pain can cause a multitude of other worries over time. She is committed to educating patients around movement and rehabilitation, and matching a treatment plan accordingly, to achieve their goals and best possible outcomes.
